Karen holds a Bachelor of Science and certification in Holistic Nutrition.

Her own healing journey began in her early twenties with the use of conventional therapies and pharmaceutical drugs. In 2007, after years of disappointing results from pharmaceuticals, Karen finally found real answers for health through nutrition. Karen is an avid student and reader, supplementing her formal training in both Eastern and Western approaches to holistic nutrition with additional workshops and hundreds of health and nutrition studies, books, and articles. Karen looks forward to sharing her expertise with people who are committed to taking an active role in their health and well-being.
